After a 3-year hiatus, it feels great to be shooting street photography again in Chicago — especially with my main squeeze, Amado (@photoarchival). Here are highlights from being back on the streets since August I put into a 90-second video.
Below is a gallery of some of the photos featured in the video. I’ve shot both 35mm film and digital since returning, including many sessions with my ’07 Nikon Coolpix digicam. It’s frustratingly slow, but I’m still enamored with making lo-res pics with the antiquated point-and-shoot.
Now that I’m back in the game, accordingly, I’m restarting the blog. So expect regular posts here moving forward! The hunt begins anew …
